Privacy policy

Account data: username, email, display name, avatar, preferred language, and credentials (password stored as hash only). Usage data: ACC/MoTeC telemetry files (.ld/.ldx), sessions, normalized laps, analysis jobs, generated reports, and plan quotas (storage, LLM analyses). Support data: messages and ticket protocols submitted from Account. Authentication data: email confirmation and MFA codes sent by email (message content is not stored in the application).

Provide upload, normalization, comparative analysis, and telemetry reporting services. Manage your account, plan (Free, Pro, Elite), secure authentication, and support. Process payments and subscriptions when applicable. Improve platform reliability, security, and observability.

We may use third-party providers for specific features: • Resend — transactional email (registration confirmation, MFA, support). • Stripe — payments and paid plan subscriptions. • Anthropic — corner deep analysis when you request it (aggregated telemetry sent server-side). We do not sell your personal data. Workspace isolation prevents other users from accessing your telemetry.

In Account → Security & privacy you can request data export and account deletion, as implemented on the platform. You can update display name, avatar, language, and password at any time. When the full policy is published, we will indicate the data protection contact and LGPD/GDPR response times here.

We use HttpOnly cookie JWT (dashboard) or Bearer tokens (desktop client), email MFA on login, and multi-tenant isolation per workspace. Telemetry files remain in storage linked to your workspace; metadata in the database. Detailed retention policies (including post-cancellation) will be published in the final version of this document.
